The cost of Cigarettes has risen by 11p per packet of 20, while the cost of a bottle of wine will go up by 14p and 4p will be added to the cost of a pint of beer from midnight on Sunday (March 16).
Cider will rise by 3p per litre while spirits will go up by 55p a bottle at the same time and tax on alcohol will go up by two per cent above inflation for next four years.
